Baba Ganoush are an award-winning catering company that are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and delicious food. The business was created by husband and wife team, Ashley and Matthew Hyde, 5 years ago as they felt strongly about bringing exciting restaurant quality food to the industry. They set out on a mission to change the face of event catering and use only the very best local and seasonal produce.
We recently won the ‘North of England Wedding Caterer of the Year’ award which we are extremely delighted about and have now been selected as a finalist for the ‘National Wedding Awards’.
Catering for a range of exciting celebrations from small intimate parties, to larger celebrations for up to 300 guests across Yorkshire and the North or England. Our menus are bespoke and seasonal, and we like to work with each client to create something unique and personal for them.
Our menus are dynamic and exciting, and we love to work with fresh ingre-dients to turn them into something truly special. Among are suppliers are M&Q Quality Butchers, Tarbutt’s Fishmongers, The Yorkshire Lobster Com-pany, Yorkshire Wolds Vineyard and Goodness Organic Vegetables to name a few. We forage a lot of our own ingredients and enjoy using historical and modern methods to preserve and pickle. Our menus range from fine dining to sharing feast style platters that are currently very popular. One day we could be cooking our Trio of Yorkshire Beef for 150 guests, and the next day serving our Pulled Lamb Shoulder with Pomegranate and Prunes with a selection of exciting salads to 200 guests.
We believe in food that tastes great and that is served with enthusiasm and a smile. Our food is sustainable and created from only the very best local ingredients and suppliers. Our dedicated trained team come from high end event and hospitality backgrounds, and are on hand to help make your day run as smoothly as possible.
